He is a idiot but he correct. We are suppose to be at 1800+ sworn right now but we are grossly short. They have been trying for years since I came on to boost those numbers. Now we are losing faster then we can hire and the city is swelling with new residents and a serge in visitors. It's only a matter of time.

Drop dates will force people out 100 this year another probably 200 next.

The simple fix is to give back the pension 64 points maybe even settle the lawsuit to make is competetive with our neighboring departments.
