You and the command staff are an embarrassment to police work. While this city gets raped with rampant crime we sit and have a picnic. Chief and his staff have no idea how to run a police department. They make up shat as they go or look at how other department do it. Clueless.

They should call him Harry Houdini for he is a master of illusions.
