since fernandez and timoney left mpd has been without a chief with a set between they legs and llanes is just the same. Welcome to friend and family plan at it's best. Carvil a commander the guy couldn't commander or supervise a dog. Then promote a guy who has 5 months, so he can get paid more money on his buyout; but the city doen't have money to give back to us. The manager set rules and then violates them with another promotion below a lieutenant. It's ok, because the next two chiefs after llanes will be the same (colina and papier).
We will never get better as a department, if you have less than 5 years on look for another job. All departments are hiring in miami dade and broward, because i out with everyone else.
