You see staff here is so screwed up, along with city hall. That they will come down on patrol officers to get the so called monkey off their back. So they can say to the feds and the court. See we can handle our people look to this and this. We don't need you looking over our shoulders anymore. Hey officers mess up from time to time. If you look to the history of whom we have in staff positions and commanders. Most should have been fired years ago. It hasn't happen and won't cause when they messed up. They had others look out for them. Now it's all about themselves. People forget they too at one time did something questionable.
