Find an agency who respects it's employees. This place doesn't give a sh.. so people are running for the hills. If you are applying at HBPD you must be desperate and probably have issues.

Work conditions are dire. The chief has low support, her leadership group is lacking unless your clickish or willing to be compromised and the city refuses to support the PD. Many people have left and more planning to leave. Unless you’re one of those that can’t get hired anywhere, stay away from Hallandale.
