Anyone have an idea when they'll start processing the recruiting cycle 2015 Non Certified applicants? Thanks to anyone who can shed some light regarding this matter...

Anyone has info on the next start date for non-cert class when it will start. Also do they still offer the stipend while you are in training or is there a new pay scale?
