Last night all we needed was a referree. On one side was the city manager and on the other was Ortiz.

The manager sat down at our roll call and everybody was like when the **** is he leaving because we m ow he was going to say his regular bullshit.
Then all of a sudden Lt Ortiz walks in and the shit changed.
The manager said we gotta say bye bye to the 2009 pay scale and we need money to make roads, cars and uniforms. Lt Ortiz said that the 09 scale is gone because the city says so and that we are fighting that in the lawsuit. Ortiz said we would come in our own clothes if he paid us more and that they got to give us cars to give service. He said that between the ten million given to commissioners slush funds and millions of surplus to capital they can restore benefits. The manager at that point stfu. Ortiz then takes about backing up and stop doing stupid proactive shit because the chief cut staffing and that they just lost a bunch of FTOs.
Chief should have a charity beatfoen match between the fat manager and Ortiz.
