Our sex offender officers are carrying 69 plus cases of sex offenders 45 them mainstream cases . Our recruit been out of the academy 2 or more months and still only has 19 cases. I want the second offenders to have better supervision and it can not be w this workload .what was the reporters name as I want to give him some position numbers to look up. It is time the certified officers do the job. What the reporters name?

Oh please, welcome to the real world. Just suck it up like the rest of us who have a large caseload. What do you think? You are not special. You are no better than the rest of us.

CPO....Senior Officer (Big Raise).....Specialist (Big Raise).... If you can't hack being a Specialist take a Voluntary Demotion and give it to someone more deserving! If you want sympathy go on welfare.

So circumvent the statue that mandates caseloads size I think not. You don't get to pick and choice which statues you enforce. Our new recruits are built a caseload in a month max and if they can't handle it then they need to look elsewhere. I think it was Wtsp Channel 19 news his name was Noah Pransky and I say give him the info . As a parent we need to keep our kids Safest we can . I want the veteran officers supervising the sex offenders not bad check writers .

Oh grow up. The status reads that you are not to have more than 40 sex offenders. It says nothing about other cases. What a dam shame you are here. You go 45 minutes to avoid 5 minutes of work. It is people like you that make us the laughing stock of the department. Just do your dam job. If you want to define the law, go to law school Perry Mason. OMG

The new guy in my office got certified a about 7 weeks ago . He received his full caseload within a month . On your other note our sex offender officers are only supervising sex offender cases and prison releases but no mainstream. I would have to agree with the statement of going by the statue and staying within limits .

You know if you were a Nationally Recognized "Professional" Criminal Justice Agency you would have had no problem answering the question. You would have quoted Policy so and so. ie: 30 days Field Work, 30 days Case Management, 30 days Cases being moved to Trainee. But, DOC is just a rag tag bunch of misfits being lead by "Career Bureaucrats" who are dying of lack of Leadership and Moral .......

This is sadly and unfortunately true.

As soon as you said professional, I knew you were not talking about the probation side of corrections. They are a bunch of misfits. All they do is cry about every aspect of their job.

Say what you want but when your sex offender officers have more mainstream cases then your 3 month out of the academy person that is wrong. I sent the position numbers and caseloads to WTSP today . I shall let them decide if I am crying or legit concerns .

The news channel is done with their story. They looked into your claims, and found out that you cry about every little thing at work. And that is why the probation side is not professionals..

I heard the media is more interested covering a pig roast at Union CI. They are trying to figure out who are the inmates and who are the security guards. The fat ones are the security guards.

It would depend think our circuit allows the SIC to decide. They decide on whether you are a Caitlin or a Bruce .

Well, it does not matter in Circuit Six. In that area, even the Bruce people all act like Caitlin Jenner in the end. That circuit does not have any real men.

"That circuit does not have any real men. "

It's getting harder to find a man, any man, these days. Does the DC still hire men? The majority of the new hires in my circuit are female, under 30 and black. Diversity in and of itself is not a strength.

"This advertisement pool is for current and/or upcoming Trainee (TEA) positions assigned to Probation and Parole Offices located within:

CIRCUIT 2 – Franklin, Gasden, Jefferson, Leon, Liberty and/or Wakulla County, Florida

THIS IS A CAREER SERVICE POSITION

SALARY WILL BE DETERMINED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CURRENT PAY POLICY

The Minimum Bi-Weekly Salary is $1,170.56 (TRAINEE)** / $1,287.62 (CERTIFIED)**"

$1170 divided by 2 is approx. $585.00. What do you expect except a bunch of ....... supplementing their "Babies Mama's Money".

Let's see $585 for a CPO Trainee AND $600 FOR A 40 hour Fast Food Worker. Don't you just love your Republican Masters!

http://money.cnn.com/2015/07/23/news/dunkin-ceo-minimum-wage/

Dunkin' Donuts' top executive says a $15 minimum wage for fast food workers is "absolutely outrageous."

On Thursday, New York state's wage board recommended fast food workers make at least $15 per hour. The board said it should happen by the end of 2016 in New York City.

The minimum wage argument is a political joke. No fast food worker should be making $15.00 an hour. Businesses will either cut staffing by 35% or raise prices (effecting consumers) or both. Let face facts, the minimum wage is for high school or college kids trying to get work experience and to earn a little money. If you are drawing minimum wage in your late 20'2 or 30's you are a LOSER! Politicians know this but try to act like they are for the "working man." Its a complete fraud.

Contact this lady about no movie. Miami offender was successful in suing on the officer making up conditions. I guess some officers and supervisors didn't get the memo, sue.
