Most of you guys who are currently employed at Pinecrest are pathetic losers who most likely would be flipping burgers for a living if it was'nt for the Doral exodus that took place in 2008. Most of you guys and girls are rejects who wouldn't cut the mustard anywhere else and would probably would have never been a police officer in your lifetime. My advice to you guys, is to be grateful for the opportunity Pinecrest has given you as well as the former cops who left to the City of Doral in 2008. You guys complain and complain, but at the end of the day, you will never leave Pinecrest because you guys are cowards and afraid to be exposed for what you guys really are if you would leave to another department. You guys talk a good game and you guys are legends in your own mind. Based on the hiring requirements in 2008, you guys probably have a GED and have never worked for more than the minimum wage prior to being hired at Pinecrest as evidenced by the hiring of Julian Perez.
