That's right, you are 100% correct! You all wanted change ! Here's your change idiots. Change of jobs because the only thing these pieces of shit have done is fire and lay people off. Good officers. They keep the shit of the shit to make sure their weak minds are molded to believe all of the bullshit that comes out of their filthy sewers. All of you little pumpkin suckers are now realizing that maybe the change isn't what you were expecting. Watch the commission meeting on 10/12/15 and LISTEN to your almighty mayor fumble all over himself when he was specifically asked "IF THE STATE COMES IN, WILL EVERYONE GET A FULL TIME JOB?" I hope you all realize the lies. Talk all the shit you want about our prior administration but it was 1,000,000 x's better with them ! Ask any old timer and they'll tell you; "it's never been this bad". I'll take the old administration ANY ****ING DAY

In and for the 11th JUDICIAL CIRCUIT ......

Writ of Mandamus.........

A writ of mandamus compels a lower tribunal or government official to perform a nondiscretionary, ministerial act required by law, which the lower tribunal or official has refused or failed to do. For example, writs of mandamus have been used to compel a trial judge to rule on a pending motion; to compel a trial judge to submit to a jury issues that are so triable by right; and to compel a trial judge to enforce another state’s judgment of child custody. Additionally, appellate courts have issued writs of mandamus ordering circuit court clerks to perform ministerial duties such as processing pleadings and documents;bdirecting local government officials to comply with zoning ordinances; requiring a public agency to follow its own rules; and forcing a power company to provide electricity to those entitled to service. Finally, writs of mandamus are appropriate to require private corporations and their officers to perform ministerial corporate acts, such as recognizing a stock owner who has paid the requisite consideration or transferring stock to a purchaser.

Writ of Certiorari

A petition for writ of certiorari is generally used to review;
1) quasi-judicial orders of county, municipal, or state agencies that cannot be appealed to the district courts of appeal under the Administrative Procedure Act;
2) orders of circuit courts acting in their appellate capacity; and
3) nonfinal orders of lower tribunals that are not subject to interlocutory appeal under Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.130(a).1 Certiorari is the most frequently used writ to review orders that cannot otherwise be directly appealed.

Get used to it,,,,,, Orlando, you are going to do as the Commission wishes or you're OUT ! No on person EVER has absolute power. Not even you.

Very simple; I want them back so that people can get their jobs back! These guys don't deserve what they're going through bro. Say what you want about the old administration, but with the exception of 2 guys (B. Lee and Carmona) the only people who lost their jobs were the ones who DESERVED IT! You can keep spinning shit around however you'd like, but the ones that "didn't deserve it" were trying to drown this city. Do your homework people

Carmona's ONLY problem here was that rat fuk OCHOA. PERIOD! He was and is a QRU guy.

B. Lee we all liked, but when Jesse re-hired him, he was seen on videocamera breaking into the ticket box to steal a ticket and was re-fired so he's the DUMMY that bought that. He was on probation you know. He should have been a good boy and stayed out of sight out of mind. Even ORLANDO LOPEZ will not rehire him. I wonder why?

Oh by the way, the previous administration mission was NEVER EVER going to lay off or fire poeple as you well know because it was either Jesse or Fuggy who hired you fukkers that later turned on Jesse. You all sold out and drank pumpkinjuice just like Ochoa, Castro, Alvarez, Benito, St. Germain, Estefan, Trujillo, Song, Saavedra, Sordo, Carril and the rest of you idiots whi are now posting here against the pumpkinpatch out of frustration for loosing your jobs.

It's sad that this mayor fires officers and blames the commission. what's hilarious is that you dummies believe Orlando and the pumpnkin patch when the truth is so obvious. Then you have that poster who states that Orlando is the king PMC mayor (whatever) who says that he will do as he pleases. Well you dummies, if he's the king why doesn't he bring you all back? Well, I'll tell you why. Because slowly he will bring Miami PD guys to work here and they weed you all out. They will even help those pumpkineers get jobs at other agencies in order to make a hole for their cronies. This will be a Miami PD "WEST" very soon.

Bye bye Sordo, Arcila, Yera and Song. good luck elsewhere. We didn't need you here anyway.
