Can someone please wake up Ray and let him know he is not reading a management book or playing a video games here. He is severely destroying a police agency and people are sick having to come to work and deal with his incompetence. How can anyone be so bad at basic police work and make so many blatantly obvious bad decisions and be promoted to run an agency. I can see why he promoted majors who were worse than him to try and look better but even they are not helping his image. We already know how the racist got the #2 spot.

Thank you to whoever is posting the positive thoughts. It is a breath of fresh air amongst the constant negativity. We should all be thankful for our jobs. If one is truly that unhappy everyday, they should move on to somewhere that they will feel is a better fit. Life is short. Let's support each other if we can. This is a difficult time for all of us.
