first of all, Orlando fired the officers, then violated the city charter, you think he wont have to present a list of department heads, for the commission the "confirm"?

Okay, can anyone state, with some degree of certainty, whether the "Pumpkin Head and his Patch" are in or out. If so when will that be official? My client, a very experienced former police chief in a like municipality, is most interested in leading and managing this clearly rudderless police agency.
