Sure looks that way??? An investigation by another police department, a review by the state attorney, an IA investigation and presented to the CPRB. Yeah, looks like they tried to cover it up.

From what I heard the wife is a total mental case and made a similar complaint against her other sister with DCF a couple of years back. This whole thing looks like she got pissed off because the Major moved on with his life with a new wifey and kid. We all have a target painted on us out in the street and even sometimes at home with the spouse we think loves us unconditionally. Absent the job she probably wouldn't have given a rats ass because no one would have cared and/or investigated her story as much as happened here. Hell. one of the female civilians on the review board wanted to totally dismiss it more than an unfounded result as she didn't believe any of them to be credible. Be very careful who you marry my brothers and sisters.
