The lack of productivity lately I've noticed has spiked our robberies,shootings and homicides. The department keeps saying crime is down but I see it everyday real time. Then again this has never been a proactive agency. Reactive pd here. Do yourselves a favor start looking elsewhere its not worth the pay the issues going on here.
