Creek dropped the ball and BSO took over. From what I heard the college never wanted BSO and they are not happy with BSO. Creek jumped on it as soon as it became available and will stay that way.

The college was always a detail. They wanted a full time officer and Creek said they did not have the manpower. Creek was asked again and they are hiring two full time officers to do the job. July 13 looks like it starts.

No, that's not exactly how it happened. The college had a contract with BSO and the new sgt they put in to replace sgt Hawley screwed it up. She was supposed to be the best thing since sliced bread but she turned out to be a flop. BSO could have won the contract but she totally dropped the ball.

Creek did have the man power but they dropped by ball by not submitting their bid. And btw it is effective as of July 1st
