I noticed some negative comments regarding working for Miami Gardens and employees wanting to go to other agencies, but just some advice, sometimes you can jump from the frying pan directly into the fire. There are a number of agencies that have many problems and in some cases probably more as well as budget cuts, layoffs, no raises-in years, health insurance cost. The following departments for sure have trouble all you need to do is go to their forum and you will see exactly what I'm speaking about, Delray, Broward, Hollywood, Coconut Creek, Plantation, City of Miami, Pinecrest, Aventura and I could not believe my eyes some of the above departments were asking for employee pay cuts (WOW), so be sure to do your research thoroughly before moving on especially to a department that has budget trouble..
