If one is selected to further their career by default, not based on advanced education, a clean, successful work history or by the ability to demonstrate a mature attitude, concise decision making and focused dedication to the task at hand....does a title really matter? Good luck. You are who you are. No amount of pretending can keep you on the straight and narrow. Until your heart and soul can be devoted to the fair and just treatment of the citizens you've sworn to serve and protect, you are simply basking in your undeserved glory.
