PBA Alfaro legal coverage

Maybe someone from the PBA could answer this. Is it true that Tony Alfaro, who is handling Troy Wilkins case was the reason that Troy and the other two deputies were actually charged with crimes? Rumor has it that the three deputies were going to be suspended for 30 days without pay for violating policy but Tony Alfaro got into a big pissing match with Mike Satz and ruined the entire deal. Rumor has it that Satz was so pissed at Alfaro that he said in a meeting to charge "them" to the max instead of an agreed deal. Maybe this was organized by the PBA leadership because Debbie Reggio got Troy covered Free of Charge since he was never a member of the PBA. Some great legal services if it is true.

Alfero has got to be one of the worst attorneys in the history of our legal system! He's a sleez ball and screws deputies over criminal and civil/family!

True! TA, the arrogant fool that he is, and the rest of the sub standard legal coverage is the main reason I'm dropping the PBA.
