People, he is OUR PBA Rep.
He allowed our certifications to expire. HE was directly responsible to put on the training for US. Apparently March Madness was more important and way down the to-do list.
So we have a Captain in charge of Training, now the acting-chief. We have a PBA Rep who screwed 3 cops by not certifying them, who now need the help of the PBA. Conflict of interest? YOU BET. They need counsel from another county's PBA, NOW. Alfero is too busy botching divorce cases and tickets.
City Manager Blase is making more bad decisions based on a deck stacked by poor decisions for 5 years. This is why she needs to go. Bring someone NEW in. DO NOT promote Kershaw, NO ONE from the inside. Then change from the top down.
F the PBA, do not let them have any say and keep things unbiased and independant. Its the only true way.
