This is an example of what competent leadership does. From LA to PBSO's Bradshaw, they get in front of the camera and take responsibility in saying 'we will get to the bottom of this'. They defend their Officers.
Our Chief Mann, RUNS from that. Ever since the ONE time he tried to make a statement and looked like a deer, or Heron, caught in headlights, stumbling and bumbling his way thru. The Kathy Markland came in to save him! Or was it Angela? Brandy? Doesn't matter. It was all of them, trying to save one Mann from embarrassing himself.
So when a guy dies in our custody from an incident, Mann hides in his cave, maybe vacations out of the country, and flat-out ignores the situation, like the scared girl he is. Oh, he will issue a gag-order for EVERYONE.
Also, really classless touch, Mann, by giving the news only ONE name that was on scene. The ONE name you seem to have it in for. You seriously are a hirmul psühhopaat ja piiratud ressurssidega .....
