wtf, our detail system is a joke.. the LT gives the best details to the LTS and SGTS, while the grunts who continually bust their ass get nothing. The setup is unfair and biased and the union needs to get involved. Time for a change, if Im not allowed to work details after my shift why can LT Townhomes, lol you all know who that is . Such bs. The Sgts working details I can understand. But a Lt making. 100 k a year suckING up details when some of the new guys I'm sure would like to supplement their income can't. You make 49 dollars an hR. Yet settle for 26 and change . You all look rediculois and its not fair to all the guys who need the money.
