It sure is profitable at the PBA with your dues money. When Lee Martin comes to a roll call near you, start asking him some hard questions. Your money is paying for a PBA hall. In return, **** Brickman becomes the "property manager" of the PBA municipal complex. Problem is, Brickman was taking money from the PBA to be President and also taking in excess of $50,000 a year to be the property manager. Take a guess how much Jeff Marano gets now that he is the President. It only gets deeper. Your money pays for a mortgage on a "for profit" building in which your president of the PBA gets a salary. So the wolf IS in charge of the hen house. The PBA states that in 2008, they made a $160,000 profit on the PBA hall. No profits mentioned after that. So your union dues supplement a failing union hall business. If you stay a member of the Broward PBA and not switch to anyone else, then you are supporting the continued fleecing of the union. When is enough , enough?
