Armed black man enters residence and kills 2 unarmed white females in Polk County after robbing a pawn shop, fleeing from LEO's, shooting at LEO's, steals the dead women's car and bursts through closed garage door. Where is Rev Al, Jesse and Holder now? And then there was another shooting involving black males in Polk County. Why isn't Polk County burning? Why weren't there any protests? Why wasn't there any looting? And people wonder why race relations are the way they are.

Because the sheriff there, Grady Judd, has integrity. He does not tolerate immoral and unethical behavior. His agency is appropriately balanced with minorities. He treats ALL employees fairly and impartially. There is no favoritism. If you put your time in and you earn it, you get it. Captains their don't sleep with the wife of a murder suspect, Majors there haven't stolen anything and when a court order is given, they follow it, deputies don't sleep with each other's wives, jailers aren't having sex with female inmates or having blowjobs in the stairwells with the blessing of their buddy Lt's, Their Lt's don't lie about being seasoned Marines, steroids aren't being used by jailers and deputies alike, black people aren't targeted by bigoted deputies, secret bonuses aren't given to command staff, raises are given to everyone, their internal affairs staff never lied in federal court, their command staff doesn't have anyone who should have been arrested for domestic battery or raping a child, and Grady Judd was never arrested for anything at anytime in his life.

I don't think this type of behavior was the dream! Too bad that people can't be honest and have to worry about political correctness. It would be great if there were some real communications between races. Unfortunately it seems that we as a society will not come forward and speak the truth. The statistics posted earlier can be taken as all statistics can and that is to make it say what you want it to say. By this I mean that the 43.1% of death row inmates that are white vs the 41.7% that are black can be stated as one chooses. Since the population of the US is 78% white (according to US Census Bureau) why is there such a disproportionate amount of white vs non-white? It is because of the lack of education. When mom and dad were socially promoted and just barely able to read and write, how can they help their kids excel? They can't. They have menial jobs, if at all. The cycle needs to be broken. When your norms are to sell drugs, use guns, steal, burglarize etc then you grow up thinking that is normal. These ideals need to be scrapped and if a kid wants to speak proper English and get an education, he or she should not be ostracized for that. There is a reason that we don't have more police officers of color; they can't pass the exam! Let's not lower the entry requirements, let's improve the applicants. Affirmative action is not the answer, positive reinforcement is.
