My issue is I heard that the Broward County PBA allows its contracted attorney's to take a case against a PBA member and say this is not a conflict of interest. This is mind blowing that a union can take action against a member under the guidelines that even though the contract attorney represents PBA members on a contract bases as a PBA attorney, they still can take on any client and file against a PBA member. Am I wrong in thinking this is ridiculous or what??
Can they really do this??

It certainly sounds ridiculous to me. You are saying my PBA really isn't my PBA? It has contracted attorney's that may represent me one week and a non-member the next week against me????? WTF!!!!!!!!!!!
