I tried calling HR but no response. Do I download the app from the Sheriff Association link then send it in and wait? Any insight besides... look somewhere else...

Come in person and pick up an application. Are you certified? If not do not waste your time.

How long after one submits a pre-app before they recieve a full app. Or if I havent recieve one ...move on?

Call and ask. If no reply within a week they probably are not interested.

Don't bother. You have to be related or know someone in this agency to be hired. It's rare that an outsider gets in here.
Take my word for it.
