Six year LEO here, looking to move on hopefully at TPD. Does TPD pay for experience LEO, as in step increase etc from the starting base pay?

The max starting pay is at Step 3 with five or more previous years of experience.

Can someone advise the shift hours, Am, Evening, and night for the patrol shifts?

I saw the shift calendar, however, did not mention the time frames. I was also curious what "change over" meant on the calendar.
