Whats with these rookies? Very young and with zero work ethic. Ask one to do a FIVO for you, or run a suspect or even run a tag or start a tow slip and they shrug at you and walk off. They need to read DO 11.5.3.8 and 11.5.3.11...maybe they'll understand that its not just a matter of professionalism and respect, but to do otherwise would be a violation of D.Os.
