Look at the attrition rate. They either go to another job, or quit. Very few retire. And those remaining are terminated.

Hardly a great deputy. He was a nice kid but definitely not very bright and apparently doesn't understand how to make arrests without violating civil rights.

I work there. Why not find out what he did first. How many times was he caught sleeping? Yeah, i want sleeping guy there for me when I need help.

^Exactly. I can't tell you how many times I've pulled up to people 56ing and seen a deputy get a power nap while the other watches and listens up. Working nights goes against our bodies systems. Having a late call, and then having to stay even longer after being ordered to have the report in is rough. Some on here are clueless.

While I disagree that he was a great deputy as he was average at best and not very smart, I totally agree that RR is a complete "douch" and full of roid rage. How he got corporal is anyone's guess. DE will have a tough time bouncing back but I do wish him luck.

Caution: RR is a back stabbing scum bag who is not as good as his ego leads him to believes he is. He has screwed his fellow deputies before and he will do it again. He has stirred crap up on others and got them sent to IA for what should have been a simple wright up.

Explain this. How was the deputy sleeping if he was escorting. However if he was awake, how the hell did a 70 yeat old man out sprint deputies, climb the stairs, climb the rail, sit on the rail, hang upside down ...... Then drop.

What the heck was the deputies doing? Im not sure, but i would thimk this guy has a law suit. The agency is responsible to ensure this idiots safety. They let this old man out maneuver, out think, out run and out climb the deputies. Sounds like some one sjould be held liable, yet simce the officers contacted medical and he lived i bet hell get a life saving award.
