Traks

I laugh everytime I open the city email and read an email about a job that is available to sign and work. This goes for both Officers and Sgt's. Well you guys in the off duty office are getting a taste of your own MEDS. Before when it was sign :devil:and work, you guys never had that issue. Now you guys claim that the traks system picks who works and who does not base on 46 hours. Everyone here knows is all crap, you guys choose and pick who you want. The good off duties are being controlled by the Lt. And the staff inside the off duty office. Lets not talk about ( Shorty) Cabrera, he controls a lot of jobs under the radar. I suggest you bring back the sign and work , like it was before. One more thing if I sign and get picked and don't show up and send a replacement , you guys are penalizing the officers against the hours. So for sure I won't sign. Soon FHP, and the other state agencies will be working all over the city. Again, all because of the family and friends plan. :devil:

Outside agencies are ALREADY working OUR off duties. Many people signed up for ultra and didn't get yet SMPD was working

Don't have to worry about off duties because I support our chief and mayor. Doin this gets you on the F & F plan. I work inside central, have nights and weekends and when I call off duty for some extra cash, they accommodate me. Ought to try supporting our administration a little more and complaining a little less. It works.

I worked 4 AAA jobs, I realized the sgt. Is BI-polar to the max. Never worked it again, I now worked permanents , no PAC, no marlins. Nothing like working Mary brickell village, not only do I get pay, 33 headquarters. Ultra can pay me 100 an hour, I won't work it either. I heard officers were standing on their feet for over 16 hours, no breaks. Lt. And Manny Gonzalez were driving around making sure the units were outside their vehicles. Wow, thanks for caring. Next year bring back the outside agencies. Once any of those units get involved in a shooting or control it be the end of outside agencies.

The off duty office is full,of Jokers, is all good. If changes are not made to bring back the old system , soon we be back to draft. I don't mine a draft , I make good money at time and half. No one wants to work the Heat and deal with the 2 face , hypocrite , uneducated, unmannered, baker Sgt. As far as the marlins, same thing draft. Remember with 2 casinos in the city, brickell, wynwood, and downtown 46 there is plenty to go around for everyone. Since the rookies are getting smarter and leaving the dept., our staff keeps getting smaller,and smaller. Keep posting those jobs on traks nobody wants. Keep taking care of the family and friends plan. :devil:

Rats are not welcome in any off duties so we won't allow you to work any. Please find a job at la madriguera or rat cave. No off duties for you from now on!

When you're hurting and need that off-duty and can't get one, you will wish that you supported the administration. It pays to be on the F&F plan.
