Tired of this damn pay scale

How are we using the same pay scale from the past hiring these rookies but I havent received a raise in 3???? Rookies making more than senior officers!!!! And we wonder why morale is so screwed up?????

That's the worst. That there are rookies, and people that CAME BACK, making more than people who been here. The shit ain't right.

I feel your pain... Some other officers have been given preference in their pay by previously allowing their merit to be added to their base even though they were topped out... So now they get an extra 6k+ every year while we get sh*$)... Will it be corrected when they get promoted??... not likely...
