First time I've seen this video.

Reminded me of the few times I had to go to a signal 7's house and tell a family that one of their loved ones had been killed in a crash. I dreaded having to make those NOK notifications, and I knew then and now how inadequate my attempt to comfort those people had been. Thank God I only had to do that a few times.

If this video doesn't bring tears to your eyes, nothing will ever do so.
