I can't wait until my focus group. Who should I talk about first.

Get in line. I've got notes, dates, times. No names but it will be simple for them to figure out. We are not all wrong, the vast majority, not a few people, the majority. Upper management understands that its not a few, its many. People want to go somewhere else not because of pay, takehome cars, etc, etc. I want to go because this department is poorly lead. Take a look around, is this department truly embracing what is said on those framed lines in the must room walls.

The truth is we have to be nice to the new police trainees as they will be our supervisors before the end of the year. I know how to give great ratings on the DOR'S.
