Crestview PD

Hi, folks. CPD doesn't have their own forum, so I figured I'd post here and hope for some genuine responses. I am applying at agencies in N. FL and Crestview appears to hire often. They also seem to have a high turnover rate. Is this because officers leave for other agencies, or is the PD IA happy or something? I'm hoping to get on with either OCSO, the airport PD or Crestview, but can any of you give me any tips or leads on hiring? Thank you, be safe.

I know someone who worked there...supervisors were corrupt. Don't know if they still are but I'd stay far away from CPD, it's just not worth it.
