Ortiz is trying to kill the Sgts/Lts promotions.

Yes folks its as clear as drinking a clear glass of water. Mr FOP President is trying to stop the temporary Lts promotions. I don't know about you guys, but it was very clear to me on Chief Orosas punch letter to Ortiz. Promoting temporary Lt's will open up slots to promote permanent Sgts.

Yes this Sgt list has lasted over 5 years, but haven't said that i have never seen a sgt list that has made so few promotions.
