Coventry Insurance issues. Last week I went to my primary Doctor and found out that they have dropped my Doctor. My Doctor advised that they do not know why Coventry Insurance drop them and was not able to get a response back. I called Coventry Insurance Customer Service and advised that my Doctor was dropped back in July. I asked Customer Service why I was not notified and they advised that they sent out a letter. None of my family member got letters from Coventry or even a phone call. Customer Service advised that they have picked a Doctor for me and my family. After checking the reviews for the new assigned Doctor, I was shocked. Everyone please check and make sure that Coventry Insurance has not drop your Primary Doctor. Does anyone know a good Primary Doctor in the north end of the county. Thank you in advance.
