When a white male commits a crime or their is a perceived crime of white on black crime, whether true or not, it is blasted 24/7 on every major news organization. If we listened to the liberal media and liberal college professors you would think white men are preying on poor innocent black folks. We all know this couldn't be further from the truth.

Yet, when black on white crime occurs the media, white feel good liberals and the civil rights crowd are silent. How does three young black males beating up a defenseless white child on a school bus go relatively unreported? The young man was hospitalized with a severe concussion and broken arm. How about the white 88 yr old elderly gentleman that was beaten to death by two black teenagers? Why is their no outcry? Again,nothing but silence.

Jeffrey Babbitt of Brooklyn was left in a coma Wednesday after a man randomly attacked him in Union Square.

A black man yelled “I’m going to punch the first white man I see!” moments before he dropped an innocent man with a haymaker in Union Square, putting the victim in a coma, authorities said.

Jeffrey Babbitt, 62, who is white, happened to be visiting Union Square about 2:30 p.m. Wednesday when Lashawn Marten bashed him with a fist of racist rage, police sources said.

The unprovoked punch knocked Babbitt backward, and he hit his head on the ground. Doctors fear he may be brain dead.

“The prognosis is not good and it does appear that the victim will likely die,” Manhattan Assistant District Attorney John Temple said at Marten’s arraignment Thursday.

Babbitt lives in Brooklyn, where he cares for his mother, who has Alzheimer’s disease, neighbors said.

After Marten, 31, assaulted Babbitt, he attacked two men who tried to help the stricken man, and then challenged two responding cops, officials said.

Joe's account of the history of slavery is accurate. He did leave out some important facts that African Americans and activists leave out because it does not help their agendas.

Tribal leader did routinely sell their own people into slavery, but more importantly they sold off prisoners from outer warring tribes to the white slave traders. Before the era of selling to white slave traders, these prisoners were outright killed or used as slaves and / or sold to other civilizations throughout history including the Egyptians. These slaves suffered greatly at the hands of their captors and their owners. Their conditions in America was much better in comparison if they survived the trip on the ships.

Ironically, most African Americans living here today owe their very existence and their greatly improved standard of living to these slave traders. While conditions and separations of families during the slave trade was terrible, that pales in comparison to the condition of many African countries today.

Perhaps Tubbs, the "Black Rage" you speak of should be focused on the real outrages occurring today and not the country and the people that ultimately has given them everything that they have today.

First time I have ever heard anyone refer to him as a "good LT". as gambling restrictions are loosened, you can expect to see others in our line of work having these same types of problems.

This was a jail LT. What happens when its someone in SID? What happens when it is someone in command?
