Sergeant's Test

Why is it that everyone qualifies for the second phase of the sergeant's exam now? This should make several people happy (those that can't pass the written test). Interesting that this new rule comes out after the last corporal's exam results. Lowering the standards? Why? I'll tell you why. To promote those that are wanted by Admin, but can't pass the writtten test.

Every man/woman for themselves because this ship is sinking faster than I thought.

The two reasons that promotional test applicant's scores are not ranked anymore............

1) People's feelings are hurt if they don't score high enough to make it to the next phase of the promotional process. You know who you are. Didn't it make you feel like crap?

2) So those that finish further behind the top finishers and still get promoted won't feel inferior to those that finished higher, but were overlooked by Admin during the promotional process.

The truth hurts sometimes.
