Passing of Captain Bailey

RIP to one of the best Captains District 2 Midnights ever had. Former FLPD Captain and Parkland Chief Ron Bailey aka CATPAINT....R.I.P.

Guys like the "Catpaint", Gary Jones, George Long, Dave Ecklund, Dave Wheeler were real cops and stayed that way even when they made rank. I'm sure there are many more, but these guys come to mind.

RIP Captain Bailey, RIP.
