Deputies Leaving

I've been here too long to leave but I'm still on the road. I'm worried about who we'll have left soon. 3 guys on my shift are trying to leave and they talk like other people are going to leave. is is really that bad?

Ask them, My goodness you said in your post that people on your shift are leaving. In the 10 hours you work with those people you never thought to ask why? Instead you come on this web site and ask a question you could have answered just by talking to the ones that want to leave. I never understand why a face to face question can not be asked anymore.

If you have been here that long, you know the answer to that. Quit stirring the s**t.
