He never has and never will be personable. The guy is a robot and belongs in a room alone taking orders. He is a fake and people who say he is smart and knows how to lead don't know the real RB. He will talk shit about anyone behind closed doors and always blames others when things go wrong and try's to take the credit when things go right. The guy cracks under pressure and has never been a good cop being behind a desk his entire career failing to learn how to deal with people. Everyone talks about how great he was working cases yet no one can name one successful case he put together. He is useless and i just wish he would retire and stay home a read his books like nerds do.

They never let him handle person crimes cases he took too long to make a decision. He was a property crimes guy and had little success there. Then he went to IA where thank god he was just as bad and could not even put a good case together there. The dude has not one thing he accomplished as a cop other than sucking up to the corupt ones that left him in the position he has now.

Nope not a case he worked on. Lmao this is the same RB that would do a surveillance at night and would sit with the engine running and his parking lights on thinking he was hidden. Kippy made him look like the amature he is and would not let him work on that case.

per city rules/regs RB's status/position is "probationary" from quickly & quietly date of promotion until 6 months later?
