Promotional exam

Any word on the exam results? Heard there could be some issues with it

What have you heared? I know of two who failed the test, but also question the results.

75% failure rate. Only 17 passed the sargent exam and only 5 passed the Lt exam.

Maybe the problem was they could not spell "sergeant?' Little minutiae like this could lose a case in court, with a good attorney. "Whaaaat?"

Please provide one example, just one example of how misspelling would cost you a case in court? Our reports are called in first of all and second, I wasnt aware that grammar was direct or circumstantial evidence that the jury would use to weigh to determine guilt??? You must be one of those Lt's that would cancel a foot pursuit for liability reasons....

You know the only time we praise anyone around here is if they beat a suspect, break a rule we all wanted to break, take a ill advised stand against something.
