everyone needs to stop complaining about what seems to be wrong and focus on what is right
just so everyone knows, there is a great possibility that chief mann did the right thing by lesley and giving her a job, essentially taking it away from an applicant that probably realy really wanted it and really really deserved it more
also maybe with lesley being paid a reported salary of what a topped-out dispatcher makes, while she is just at entry-level trainee status, that might mean good news for all probationary employees that a hefty salary of top out pay for everyone. no more raises, merit raises evals, writeups, doesnt matter! when you get hired, you immediately start out getting paid the same as any hard working cop detective traffic etc...
wouldnt that be wonderful
that only applies of course to new hires, not everyone that has already put the time in, 1, 2, 3, 4 5, 10, 15, nope, you all worked for it.
doesnt that make everyone, dispatchers and cops alike, all warm and happy
doesnt that instill confidence in your administration
