Hold on boys we are getting ready to get remmed. Read the new pension bill and since our funding is below 80% we are gonna lose some serious benefits.

what is the news on the pension? do you guys still have take homes if you live in city limits? do you guys have contract overtime jobs and if so, are their enough to go around for new to department officers?

1) "Beaner" (the original poster) put this same topic on numerous other boards so it's not specific to the OPD pension. He's just looking to get a rise out of anybody who responds.

2) Our pension is funded above 80%

3) Yes OPD still has take home cars

4) Yes OPD has off-duty jobs and new guys work plenty of them
