Port Canaveral Police Department has fired a training sergeant for using a so-called Trayvon Martin target. It was a weak attempt to say it was used as a training aide for shoot don't shoot, it was disrespectful.

I worked with him and he was always making off the wall jokes, he would preface it "is anyone going to turn me in." I worked for a short time with him and would have to report it but it is a good old boy system and the chief brought him there from their previous department. He was selling bullet proof vest before he joined the department. Gues where the department got their vest! He got everything he deserved and less.

Is he a testicular cancer survivor who had them removed, or is he just a balless person by nature?
