A Michigan judge has admitted he had sex with a woman in his chambers while her case was pending in his court. :snicker:
In a 38-page response to the Michigan Judicial Tenure Commission's complaint that was filed against him, Wayne County Judge Wade McCree writes he started to be sexually involved with Geniene La'Shay Mott in June 2012.
His response also states he would occasionally bring Mott into the courthouse through the building's back entrance, which was reserved for judges and courthouse staff.
But, McCree said, Mott never had "uninhabited access to the courthouse and that the courthouse was never in any danger because Mott was there.
McCree also said he is the victim of "stalking and extortion" by Mott.
In October, the state Supreme Court reprimanded McCree :snicker: for sending a shirtless photo of himself to a court employee.
