Is it me or have things stayed the same even though we just went through promotions? 5 years of no raises. All they want are tickets, tickets, tickets. The only thing that matters on the weekly and monthly reports. Never are we told we are doing a good job.

welcome to law enforcement. theres not a department in this country that you will work at where they wont hound you to write more tickets

For Gods sake, you are at the bottom of the food chain; change your sanitary napkin; get back in your unit and do whatever it is they are telling you to do as long as it is not illegal.
