Should be civilian Harris ( FOP saved her job) and Sean Moyse just allowed the city to throw away the civil service rules and continue the screwing of the employees. The Civil service board was there to enforce the rules and take the city out of the mix our last line of defense. But they just handed the city the keys to finally shut this place down. Then Christina Gomez excuse herself so she can stay friends with everyone please. Glad I am leaving this place soon.
