Just so we are all on the same page, I am posting this again. Especially in light of the elections, it is expected to see commentary for both sides. That being said, please read the Terms of Service. This is both to help me in editing/deleting posts, and the user, who may feel as if there is a violation. Find the Terms of Use at the home page.

A few things to make clear:

Message Board Abuse and Violations MUST conflict with our Terms of Use (http://www.leoaffairs.com/?page_id=347). Please review our Terms of Use and become familiar with them so you can accurately gauge whether or not there is a violation. Reports of Abuse and/or Violations that are not credible WILL NOT be processed. Furthermore, users who make a habit of submitting frivolous reports can be banned.

Please bear in mind that we do our best to moderate our Message Boards. However, with hundreds of Message Boards and thousands of postings, it is possible that something could be overlooked. We rely on our users as well as our Moderators to help us enforce the Terms of Use. If you see a violation, please let us know as outlined in the procedures above. Likewise, please bear in mind that while not all speech is protected, users do have their First Amendment right to free speech. If your name is mentioned in a post that is not libelous or demeaning towards you, it is not a violation of our Terms of Use. If a user is impersonating you, that’s a different story.

Abuse on this site goes both ways. As per TOS, you will not publish or advertise another BLOG web address without consent from this site's Operator. Additional displaying of another's BLOG site may cause the author's I P address to be blocked permanently.

This is also true for repeated reporting of possible slams which have already been addressed by this me or Mod 1 or SYSOP. I have been careful and fair on what is being edited. I have also asked Mod 1 for assistance after advising some of you, more than once, that a particular 'report of abuse' is in fact, not abuse.

Thank you
