View Full Version : Moral
What happened with the moral at Dcpd? Officers don't seam to be happy to work there anymore.
As long as there is a pompass Admin Sgt in the bldg that is nice to you when others are around and a prick when its one on one or when he can make you look bad in front of others, it will be this way. The fact that 1 left for TPD and 6 others have active applications with other agencies should tell you something about the morale.
Moral has never been better. All the Off's enjoy their supervisors, co-workers and administration.
Now who would say such lies?
:snicker:
Dade City is the place to be! You could not ask for a better place to work for. The family atmosphere, and the feeling of what you do is important, can not be explained! Awsome supervisors, great co-workers, great pay & bennefits makes it worth it to get up everyday to.come to work, being so blessed....what more could I ask for!
Holly Crap; don't any of you hillbillys know how to spell?
The word is MORALE!
Morale (also known as esprit de corps) is the capacity of a group's members to maintain belief in an institution or goal, particularly in the face of opposition or hardship. Morale is often referenced by authority figures as a generic value judgment of the willpower, obedience, and self-discipline of a group tasked with performing duties assigned by a superior.
According to Alexander H. Leighton, "morale is the capacity of a group of people to pull together persistently and consistently in pursuit of a common purpose".[1]
