Cant wait till thier arbitration hearings so they can come back to work! Its not going to be that kangaroo court like they did with LT.

this entire case had been orchestrated by the chief and pizzi. we all know that.

and it ain't over for the LT either. don't think his case ended at that ridiculous hearing. it only made his case EVEN better.

Thats a very old method of throwing bones to those who are hungry for something new. The problem is it doesn't work well it feeds a few chosen ones and pisses off everyone else. That technique is a sure sign of trouble with moral within an agency and its a desperate attempt to please a few at a time. IT DOESN"T WORK!

7 months to 1 year. Then about 2 months later to hear the verdict.

Dont worry guys with the testimonys under oath at LT's hearing of the chief, jack and the hialeah detective you will have no problem winning your cases. She admitted to being the complaintant. Jack and the detective admitted to destroying and not perserving public records pertaining to the case. The detective admitted that the chief was involved and directing the investigation and that he never reconstructed the crash nor ever visited or examined the scene. I can go on and on with mistakes and violations of due process for two days. Good luck guys even thou you wont need it with a professional arbitrator reviewing your cases and allegations. :D

Wow when JP comes back the department will have a squad of sergeants. You will have to look at his face everyday knowing what you did to him and his family was wrong.
